Referral
The hospital gives priority to patients with a referral from their own primary care physician.
For patients visiting the hospital without a referral from another medical institution, a Special or Specified Medical Care Coverage fee (not covered by health insurance) will be charged in addition to the medical care fee.

Service hours
Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The following patients are not required to pay the Special or Specified Medical Care Coverage fee
Patients with a referral, patients brought in by ambulance, and patients who receive medical expense assistance from the national or local government for a disease specified as an intractable disease.
Outpatient Consultations
Please make sure to bring your health insurance card.
Our staff will ask to see it once a month (first consultation of the month). You will be required to pay the full amount if you do not have a health insurance card.
Please bring any of the following items you may already have.
Claimant’s certification, consultation ticket, referral from another medical institution, and documents related to the consultation.
