By train and bus

Get off at Nagaoka Station on the JR Joetsu Line or the JR Shin’etsu Main Line.

Bus information

From Nagaoka Station Oteguchi Exit Platform 2, take the Nagaoka Eki-mae-Ote Ohashi (Bridge) / Nisseki Byoin (Red Cross Hospital) Line, and get off at the Nisseki Byoin-mae bus stop. (The bus ride takes about 12 minutes.)
From Nagaoka Station Oteguchi Exit Platform 8, take either the Chuo Kanjo Bus Uchi-mawari Line or Soto-mawari Line, and get off at the Nisseki Byoin-mae bus stop. (The bus ride takes about 18 minutes on the Uchi-mawari Line and about 25 minutes on the Soto-mawari Line.)
